Don’t know much about CrossFit but you want to try it out?

 

Don’t worry, we have you covered.

 

If you are not familiar with CrossFit we have a program geared specifically to your needs. We call it the On Ramp Program. In the On Ramp Program you will get an opportunity to try a broad range of basic CrossFit movements and workout scaling options. You will also learn much of the terminology commonly encountered during a CrossFit class.

For a one-time fee of $100 the On Ramp Program will get you 4 one hour sessions.
