Jim is a full-time engineer and a part-time fitness enthusiast. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He is happily married to Nina and they have four grown men to show for their hard work. Jim is an avid reader and is always looking for interesting science fiction and health related books.

Steve is happily married to Bonnie and they are ardent boating enthusiasts. He is a father and a law enforcement officer.

John Demko
CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
It was in 2015, while at Maxwell Air Force Base, that John was introduced to CrossFit with a two day On-Ramp program. Since then, he has remained injury free while getting in the best shape of his life. John has been a part of several CrossFit communities and is now a member at CrossFit B.O.B.
John is married to the amazing Katie Demko who has put up with his antics and “humor” for over 28 years and produced two beautiful, intelligent daughters.

Monika has been teaching and coaching since she was 14 years old. While engrossed in her swim coaching path, her love for fitness only grew until she discovered CrossFit. She is happy to continue her coaching journey with her new CrossFit family.
